Twilight
Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart "Into The Wild") has always been a bit different, never caring about or fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix, Arizona high school. When her mother Renee (Sarah Clarke "Thirteen") remarries and decides to move with her new husband to Florida, Bella decides to go live with her father, Charlie (Billy Burke "Fracture"), in the drizzly little town of Forks, Washington. That's where she meets and falls for a mysterious, brooding, mysterious and dazzlingly handsome Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire"), especially after he saves her life by stopping a moving truck with his fist. As Bella grows closer to Edward  she learns that he's trained himself to abstain from human blood. which is rare among the vampires.

Bella and Edward are soon swept up in a passionate and decidedly unorthodox romance. But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy. And what will happen when the sinister vampires James (Cam Gigandet "Who's Your Caddy?"), Laurent (Edi Gathegi "Gone Baby Gone"), and Victoria (Rachel Lefevre "Prom Wars") come into town and James sets his sights on Bella? Will true love prevail when Edward is forced to save her life and conquer his thirst?

Directed by Catherine Hardwicke ("Thirteen") and based on the the first of a series of best selling novels by Stephenie Meyer, this action-packed, modern-day love story is probably only the first of what will become a series of vampire sequels which will undoubtedly be coming along every year or two.
